What Treatments Are Suggested For Psoriasis?

i m suffering form psoriasis form past 5 years I know it dosent have cure in medical science but have in ayurveda and i got benefitted with that but at times cant control over food habits polz guide me what food is good for me can i eat laiya , poha , sattu.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
You can have any food item you like without any restrictions.
However, if you observe that psoriasis is increasing after intake of specific food items,
Rest of the treatment depends on the type of psoriasis and is unique for a particular patient.
The treatment options are varied and consists of coal tar, methotrexate, retinoic acid etc.
