What Treatment To Be Taken For Swollen Scrotum And Testicles?

My scrotum and testicles are swollen and itch but there is no pain. This started 3 days ago but I was out of town and could not call my doctor. What could be causing this? Today is Sunday, so do I need to be seen in the emergency room or can I wait until I see a doctor tomorrow

HI. I think you should see the Doctor in Emergency Room. This is because you have got a swelling and itching BUT no pain. This can be caused by a local reaction to the skin and only a Doctor can be in a position to tell you what is the possible problem on CLINICAL actual examination. This can be due to local skin reaction as I said / can be due to hernia/
