What Treatment To Be Taken For Frequent Cough Getting Converted To Wheezing?

Hi...my dAughter has just completed 2 yrs.. She is frequently getting cough.. Can say every month. The cough turns into wheeze and have to nebulise for 3 days. I changed 2 doctors and the new one asked me to start telekast L kid tablet every night for 30 days as she's prone to allergies. Is this tablet safe for 2 yr old. Will there be any side effects? Will the problem reduce by starting this? Please help. Thanks

Telekast L kid tablets are safe for children more than 2 years of age and no major side effects. The symptoms may improve after starting it. It will be better to give nebulizations regularly and some antihistaminics syrups as well.
