Itchig in sole and toes may be due to fungal infection.
Keep your toes and sole dry.wetness will increase fugal infection.
Apply anti fungal skin cream.also check your blood sugar level(for diabetes).Some medicines are also helpful to reduce itching.for that you have to consult dermatologist.
