hi doctor, I understand there is some low sperm count in my semen, as want to get treatment for this. Initially I want to get the doctor consultation for this. Please advice me. Below is my semen analysis report. Sperm Concentration
Total count:28.3millions/ml
Motile count:7.7millions/ml

There in no drug proven to increase sperm count drastically. You can take L-carnitine, Alpha lipoic acid, Vitamin E tablets/capsules for a month to decrease the oxidative stress and increase the quality of sperms in your semen.
