Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
The fasting and PP blood glucose are high.
The blood glucose control over six months is also poor (8.5).
The presence of microalbuminuria upto 200 is suggestive of onset of renal damage.
You need to consult a kidney specialist (nephrologist) for management of renal damage by diabetes.
The blood glucose levels need to be controlled.
Consult your diabetologist for assessment of your current drugs.
Keep a check on the body weight and take regular exercise.

Thanks and take care
