What Treatment Should I Take For Dryness Causing Discoloration Of The Skin ?
Since it is winter , the bridge of my nose went very dry, after weeks I noticed brown discoloration on my nose and side of my right eye . Which brand of cream can I use to get my skin go back to its normal appearance? Please help.
