What Treatment Is Suggested For Infections Caused Due To Would?

Hi I have cuts on my leg that I think might be infected. Is there any way I can treat these cuts with something that may get rid of the infection without needing to go to a doctor? And how can I be sure it is an infection without going to a doctor? Help!

Hello

presence of foul swelling pus and slugh indicates infection of the wound.
Topical antibiotic creams may be enough to treat cut wound if it is a superficial one.
