What Treatment Is Suggested For HIV + At The Initial Stage?

Hello sir, 10days back my friend was admited in hospital for some issue. At that time doctors told that he is having AIDS - HIV+ initial stage. Is there any chance to recover from HIV+ through nutritional Food or subblimentry food for a big life span?
