Hello, as per the guidelines, it is recommended to start treatment of HIV/AIDS (Ante-Retroviral Therapy) when people with HIV/AIDS have a CD4 count of less than or equal to 350 cells/mm3. But it also depends on the clinical stage of the condition. So the best option would be to visit to the nearest ART (Ante-Retroviral Therapy) Centre which would be there in Government Hospital and proceed as per their advice.
