What Treatment Is Recommended For Joint Effusion On Knee?

i am 33 year old. i am suffering from ankle knee problem two months. MRI impression report is: * features suggestive of joint effusion.*free fluid along tendon of all campartments around ankle joint-?synovitis,*features suggestive of cellulities around ankle joint.Now a days i am taking naprosyn 250 mg,hcqs -200,sazo500,Just give an advice how i cure immediately

Joint effusion occurs due to infection and inflammation.
Infection can be bacterial, fungal or viral.
Inflammation can occur due to infection or autoimmune disorders.
The MRI of your ankle joint suggests inflammation of the synovium along with cellulitis or bacterial infection of the ankle joint.
