Helo sir, i m 26 year old, my question is about my pregnency, i had miscarriages 2 times, 1st was november 2008 nd 2nd was sept2009, first miscarriage was held on after 9 month nd 2nd was on after 2 month, than i met the doctor, he told me to do blood check up of ACT nd ANA my result is 29.64 GPL [IGG] nd 19.40 MPL [IGM] 1:80 DILUTION, so which kind of medicines i have to take plz reply

Hello,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
From the reports and the need for the blood study it looks your doctor is suspecting you to have what is called is antiphospholipid antibody syndrome.
In this condition there are recurrent abortions seen in pregnant females.
The treatment for this condition is to take anticoagulants for the term period of pregnancy so as to not cause coagulation that occurs with this condition.
I hope your consulting doctor who took up this blood test will be managing you with this treatment regimen.
