Pigmentation over the nose and cheeks at this age, most likely points to melasma...It is a skin condition where there is increased pigmentation over the face central and malar area which accentuates with sunexposure....First of all you should protect your skin from sun by using a broad spectrum suncreen with a SPF 30 or more....use hydroquinone 2-4% cream or hydroquinone tretinoin mometasone furoate cream AKA triple combination cream in the night over the pigmented area for 3 weeks...also increase your fruits intake especially the yellow fruits like papaya, mangoes etc...Definitively will help..
