What treatment can be given to avoid the fatigue in my 8 year old daughter during summer ?

my daughter is eight plus years old. She takes good diet but even get tired very soon cannot face sunlight(starts headache ). she has pale face and summer season problem her more. what to do. Her recent hb report is 11.5.

Hi, Manju,
Thanks for query,
please see that your daughter is not having warm infestation.
Go for stool test to rule out warms.
Give high nourishing diet,green veges,fresh fruits,
Give dry fruits,puddings,milk,eggs etc.
Give some multi vitamin supplements and Iron tonic.

Hi,Manju thanks for query.She might be having some nutritional deficiency.Her Hb is low but not very much.Give her more of salads and fruits,talk to your doctor about iron supplements and also give her medicines for worm infestation which a very common culprit.Ask her to do some regular physical activity like skipping rope etc,avoid giving her junk foods and give her milk and milk products on regular basis.
