What Treatment Can Be Given For A Acne, Scar Problem?

Hi sir , I have many little black marks on left side of my forehead ..They are light grey in colour and are many in numbers like in hindi we say 'Til' I m using melas lotion and cream frm past few days plus I m suffering frm acne and scar problem from last few years . Sir please guide me some permanent solutn of it ??

Hi,

I can understand your concern for the pimples a in yourself. Acne or pimples are youth related problem and is not a disease per say. You have not mentioned your age, sex and marital status.

You can apply a cream contains Clindamycin gel 1% and adapalene for topical application form. For clindamycin there is no harm in using it but adapalene can cause irritation if not used under dermatological supervision. It contains topical antibiotic gel and oral antibiotic and do not cause any side effects.

Take a proper guidance and follow up with a good dermatologist so that all the problem of acne can be dealt best for future time.

For the black marks and scar you can apply lightening agents such as kojic acid or glycolic acid and azelaic acid. Use a good sunscreen on daily basis under dermatological supervision.
