hi I m a 35 year old male, my girlfriend and I have been trying for a child for 2 years now, she has a 7 year old girl from a previous relationship and I have no children. I m starting to think I have fertility problems, what do I do now because I desperately want a child.

The most important test which will determine your fertility is semen analysis.

The treatment will depend on the report.

There some drugs which are claimed to improve sperm count and motility etc., if found abnormal.

Second is, you should plan an intercourse with her in the most fertile period of her cycle.
