What To Do For White Skin On Testicle Which Goes Off On Putting Alcohol On It?
i am 24 and i have white in the skin of my testicules and when i scratch it theres skin that taking off i put alcohol on it so that the bacteria go off but it always comeback i have this since 18 years old what should i do im thinking of using iso betadine tnx in advance for your help

From history it seems that you might be having some scrotal skin problem like dermatitis, fungal infection etc.
Consult dermatologist and get examined.
Apply some moisturizing lotion or cream on the part.
Avoid using alcohol.
