What To Do For The Tiny Reddish Bumps On Toe?

I have tiny, reddish color raised bumps (looks like clear fluid in the them, some with dark centers as well) in between three of my toes (each with an outbreak on only one side of the toe) ONLY on my right foot. It does not itch or burn and the only reason I discovered them was because the toes were rubbing together and I thought I had a small piece of sand in between my toes. How should I go about treating this?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the history given hare is suggestive of some skin lesion if this lesion is not painful and increasing in size the just wait and watch the chances of getting alright of this lesion on its own is likely, if this lesion is increasing in size and forming the pus inside then this would need the surgical excision, hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
