What To Do For Pain In Leg, Feeling Like Blood Is Rushing To Feet?
My legs have been hurting since yesterday and now it feels like my blood is rushing to my feet. I work where I am on my feet for about 4 hours. Now im in bed and my legs hurt if I bend them. So I m trying to sleep with my legs straight so that my legs don t become numb.

I think there can be a pinch nerve in your spine. I would suggest you to take following precautions.
1.Avoid bending forward and lifting heavy weight.
2.avoid smoking.
3. you can discuss with your doctor and can take Pregabalin M tablet.
if your pain is not controlled even after that then you should get MRI of the spine.
