What To Do For Lack Of Appetite And Chills?
I have a 4 year old with fever for 2 weeks lack of appetite and chills. He sleeps all day and complains of being weak. He was admitted in the hospital but they couldn't figure out what was wrong with him so they put him on antibiotics and discharged him but he is still not better

some chronic infection like UTI, koch's infection,partially treated enteric fever etc also to be ruled out with relevant investigations.
