Hello and Welcome to HCM,

I had gone through the case and found that Knee pain might be persist due to bad life style or overweight.

After knee replacement you must take calcium and try to maintain weight if you are overweight.

Take rest after every hour for five to ten minute.
Do not give more pressure on knee. Avoid to wear high heel sandel.

Hope it will be effective for you.

Thanks,
