What To Do For Continuous Hangover After Drinking?
i drink alot but not everyday i get bad hangovers alot i know a ihave a drinkn problem but dam my hangovers can last for days and my eyes seem to be getting sore even days after i dont drink . and im often dizzy becuse i think my eyes are getting messed up from drinking

Hangovers occur due to alcohol withdrawal and can last for a few days. The best thing you can do is to cut down on your alcohol intake and this will prevent bad hangovers. Hangovers can also be managed better with medical treatment. Also ensure that you have lots of fluids.
