What To Do For An UTI?
sir my friend is suffering from UTI, she has gram negative bacillus present and motile bacillus present in her urine sample. And also she has presence of pus cast in her urine. Her blood test is showing :
HB = 11.2
PCV= 29.7
T.RBC= 3.76
She is getting blood in her urine. What exactly is that ?

What is her urine culture and Ultrasound KUB reports. Treat her with culture sensitive antibiotics,alkalizer, Urispas thrice daily. Blood in urine can occur in severe cystitis or stone disease or renal infection.If ultrasound shows any stone disease or pyelonephritis, that has to taken care of. If she is diabetic, it has to be controlled.
