What To Do For Aching Limbs And Back After A Fall From The Stairs?
my friends sister fell down the stairs this morning and she said that she cant remember how she fell, she still went to school but got sent home because her legs, arms and back was aching, she didn't hit her head that hard and she don't have a headache or anything like that. However would you still advise her to see a doctor in case or if not what could she do.

Take one tablet Diclofenac sodium twice daily for 5 days and ointment Nimuslide gel on the painful area on legs and arms
