General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi & Welcome to HCM.
I appreciate your concern for the accidental swallowing Calamine lotion.

There is no need to get panic, as the amount ingested is not large enough to cause the Zinc oxide poisoning.

The unabsorbed portion of the lotion can be thrown out by self induced vomiting by taking warm saline water which stimulates the vomiting within half an hour and thus helps in preventing the absorption of lotion present in the stomach or upper intestines.

After vomiting, intake milk will slow down absorption you can continue taking the milk.
If the symptoms worsen in the form of diarrhea, dizziness, etc then, you should visit ER for further evaluation.

Hope to have answered your query.
Regards.
