my husband was shocked with at least 500 volts had both hands on the wires Alternating current this was 6 months ago. he is left with burning and tingling mostly all over, his hands had 2nd degree burns but dime size hole in right palm, his right wrist hurts all the time to his shoulder and his arm hurts at his elbow joint alot, his spine burns and knees and ankles and legs will burn shoulders and neck..how do you find out extent of damage what tests need to be done to diagnosis the extent of the damage please help

Hi, thanks for posting in the HCM.
A burn injury due to electric shock, irrespective of the depth of burn, is considered severe burn injury.
I think your husband is now having post burn neuropathy.
A vitamin supplementation rich in vit B complex may help.
