Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.

With a height of 5' 7'' and a weight of 122 pounds, your Body Mass Index (BMI) works out to 19.1, which is just above the minimum normal limit, However, you should understand that most people with Bulimia have a near normal weight. It is the abnormal eating behaviours like bingeing, followed by abnormal weight losing measures like induced vomiting, purging, taking water pills, etc. that are considered as indicators of Bulimia.

Sometimes, a medical examination and lab tests can pick up certain abnormalities which can indirectly point to an eating disorder, but a detailed psychological assessment is a must for a clear diagnosis. If you are Bulimic, then it would be a bad idea to try and conceal it. It would be better if you reveal it to your doctor and ask for professional help. Otherwise, you may end up with unecessary complications, which can even be life threatening.

Wish you all the best.
