What Supplements One Should Be On For The Adrenal Fatigue?

I was recently diagnosed with adrenal fatigue. My cortisol level is ok in the morning, but is pretty much flat the rest of the day. Also I noticed that my resting pulse rate can be very rapid at times. I am wondering what supplements one should be on for the adrenal fatigue?

Hello,
I can understand your concern but you need to be treated properly if adrenal insufficiency is confirmed.
If low levels of cortisol are found during the day, you treating physician may suggest you to do some stimulation tests and give proper treatment if it is not stimulated.
You do not need supplements but treatment with hydrocrotisone if adrenal insufficiency is confirmed.
