What is your Gender? Why do you think of the future and spoil your present? What responsibilities do you think you will have since you are a single child? There is no need for you to get depressed thinking about all these things. Just relax and have confidence in yourself that you will be able to make it and lead a happy life looking after your parent. I don't think you will have as much responsibility as your parent is having it right now? Concentrate more on your Studies and exercise regularly. Eat healthy nutritious balanced diet which should include fresh fruits and green leafy veggies. Avoid junk and Practice Yoga
regularly, Sleep adequately for a minimum of 8 hours daily and avoid stress
. These steps will help you regain your self confidence and will improve your overall physical and General appearance. If you continue feeling depressed you may end up in Psychiatric Counseling sessions.
