hi Mantha
I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.

You have symptoms of hypothyridism(weight gain and hair loss) and your TSH is High.
This means that you need to increase the dose of thyronorm.

For the patients with hypothyroidism the Initial dose of thyronorm is 12.5 to 50 mcg orally once a day and the dosage can be increased in 12.5 to 25 mcg/day, increments every 2 to 4 weeks (accompanied by clinical and laboratory assessment, until the TSH level is normalized)

So,you can increase the dose of thyronorm to 50 mcg and repeat the thyroid function tests(TSH,T3,T4) after 6 weeks.
If the symptoms of hypothyroidism persist and TSH is again high your should incease the dose to 75 mcg and consult your endocrinologist for the necessary follow up.

Hope i have unswered to your questions.
If you have other doubts feel free and ask me.
Best regards.
