What Should I Do To Increase My Height?
Hello doctor,
I'm 24 years old male. My height is 5'5" and I'm desperate to increase my height, atleast 3-4 inches. Some one told me that there is a possibility that I can increase my height with an ayurvedic medicine. Please suggest me what should I do. Or is there any other way to increase the height. I'm very desperate to increase my height so kindly help me.

dear, to be frank with you do not be in false belife that any ayurvedic medication can increase you height.
This is natures rule that man can have the growth in height up to certain years that is aroud 18 years of age & in some exceptional cases that might happen till the age of 20 years but after that there are 0 % chances of having gain in your height.
Do understand the physiology behind that which will clear all your doubts.
Every person has the ossicfication centers in the body. They means the diiferent regions of the bone which can grow. But there is certain age limits upto whcih they remain active so that we can have increase in the height. But once they get fused to each other there are no cahnces by any means to increase the height. And unfortunatly for you the age up to which you could have done to gain few inches have gone.
So do not try any medication even if the marketing agencies saying 100% money back on failure of treatment. Nothis going to help.
The only thing can make you increase your height is use of high hill footwares.
