What Should I Do For The Pain Due To RA?

I have RA and I am having severe pain in the right leg down the outer side of leg below the knee and can not straighten right knee upon standing. CAN straighten knee by leaning on it but can t bare weight and straighten the knee. There is also pain at the back of the knee.
