What Should I Do As Tissue And Puss Coming Out Of Armpit?

I have a hole in my armpit and it looks like tissue is coming out it won't stop bleeding as well as yellow puss is coming out...I sprained my ankle and was in the ER 2 days ago for it and we pointed out the thing in my armpit that wasn't there before...and she said it was a skin tag...The problem I have with that is in my armpit I get swollen and it stays like that for months and they are rock hard and I have been dealing with this for over a year and they said that it Lymph nodes but I am almost never sick not even once a year...But now my armpit where I have that pain and hardness is bleeding and puss and there is a hole and it looks like tissue is coming out...What should I do?

Hi,
It seems that you might be having infected lymph nodes or infected sebaceous cyst giving rise this chronic problem.
The skin like stuff coming might be having slough and inflammatory exudate.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
Meanwhile go for proper dressing by your doctor only.
