What Should Be The Sperm Count For Pregnancy?

my wife has faced misscarrige 2 time as just her 3rd month started while all her test are ok 3 day befor i did my semen test and found it normal my sperm count is 85 sperm motility(active) is 60,slughish is 20 and non motile are 20 while morphology is 70 i just want to aske why my is not geting pregnant and is my semen result are ok enough to get her pregnant

Hello and welcome to HCM.
You have mentioned only sperm motility,and morphology, but not the total count or density.Minimum, 20 million sperms per ml.are required for a pregnancy, if other semen analysis reports are normal.You should get your sperm antibody test done along with hormonal tests, FSH,LH and PRL done.

Your semen parameters given are normal. There can be other factors including problems with your wife despite the tests being normal. In 1 in 4 partners, no cause can be identified despite extensive tests. Please contact your doctor for further evaluation.
