Diabetologist 's  Response
Hello,

If 194 is fasting sugar, it is high, and that is the reason for dryness of the mouth, and pain in the legs. Please check FBS, PPBS, and HbA1c for dose adjustment of his diabetic medication. If it is the first time sugars elevated. Please consult a diabetologist immediately for proper evaluation and initiation of treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Riyaz Sheriff
