What Should Be The Normal Value For Blood Pressure?

I have been on 4mg of Perindopril to treat high blood pressure and my read ins are now 120/56. However, when I am not jogging my blood pressure can go up to 150/60. Is that normal? Also could lamotrigine, magnesium or probiotics, Omega 3 and vitamin B12 increase my blood pressure?

bhello,
BP below 140/90 are all normal (at rest), while in exercise slight rise is acceptable ( like 160/95). with your BP I don't think you need to worry much
and regarding those pills, most of time they don't affect your BP
I find this answer helpful
