Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of the semen analysis is as follows:
The physical parameters are all within normal limits.
The lower limit for semen volume is 2 ml per ejaculate. In your case it is 3.8 ml or 3.8 cc which is within normal limits.
The sperm count should be atleast 20 million per ml and the sperm count is your case is 36.2 million per ml which is again within normal limits.
The color is opaque which is normal.
The alkaline pH is also within normal limits.
The viscosity and liquefaction time of 25 minutes is also within normal limits.

Sperms should have active motility of 40 % after first hour and atleast 32% sperms should have active progressive motion.
The motility in your case is only 38% (both active and sluggish) which is subnormal.
The dead sperms are 6@ % which is quite high percentage.
Not more than 50% should be dead for sucessful conception.

I would suggest you to get the semen analysis repeated after 2-3- weeks with 3 days of abstinence.

Thanks and take care
