What Should Be The Interval Between Dosages Of Pentavac For Children?
Hello doctor .I gave my child first dose of pentavac at 7 weeks .now doc asked me to come for 2nd dose at 15th week which is 8 month from firsdose.
This is the same case with poliovac and rotarix also phenemococcal.
He ask me to give each dose with interwel of 8weeks between each dose is it OK to give like this

As per Indian Academy of pediatrics guidelines and also health department govt of India guidelines minimum gap between two doses of pentavac , poliovac and pneumococcal is 4 weeks , but it can also be given at interval of 8 weeks ,effect of vaccine will not be affected.
