What should be my body weight & BP please suggest me how can I maintain these ?

That is well within "normal." As long as your MAP (mean arterial pressure) is greater than 60, you generally have adequate tissue perfusion. Even with 98/58, your MAP would be slightly over 71. Also, what is normal for you may not be for another person.
