What Should Be Done For Fever, Coughing And Sneezing In My 6 Year Old Son ?
Hello my six year old boy had a 102.5 fever for two days. Since then in the last two days he has been coughing, sneezing, acting slightly oddly, and has pain in the back of his knees.

Your kid seems to be suffering from either upper respiratory tract infection or Rheumatic fever. Better get him hospitalized at the earliest as he requires few blood tests to be done to confirm the above diagnosis and his body temperature is very high.
