What Should Be Done For Dull Headache Post Head Injury?

My son made an awesome tackle in a football game last Thursday 9/3. He was dizzy for only a few seconds, no loc, no n/v, no abnormality of gait, has remained ox3. Today is Monday and he has had a dull headache since the tackle. He gets relief with Tylenol. He has had no physical activity since Thursday. It s bee a long holiday weekend. Do you think he needs a ct of his head. BTW, I am an ER nurse, flight nurse and certified emergency nurse.

?Cerebral Concussion-with ?SOL as the pain is persistent,though without n/v and without any effects on loc.
Suggested actions-
Get the CT Brain -to assess the soft and bony tissue brain damage.
If need be-Hospitalize under Surgeon for Observation / Investigation.
Get him on IV and keep him Nil By Mouth,if Brain Concussion injury is there
Continue Tab Tylenol-SoS
Consult Nuero-Surgeon with CT BRain,whio would assess the case and would treat it accordingly.
Thus your son needs CT and Second opinion from Surgeon / SoS NeuroSurgeon.
