Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Phenol poisoning usually leads to burns in the respiratory or stomach mucosa due to carbolic acid. Usually stomach wash is less likely indicated stomach may be filled with egg albumin or epsum salt. Check for metabolic acidosis, respiratory or cardiac or renal failure. Mostly need symptomatic treatment, if gastritis or pain abdomen need endoscopy. Monitor for renal parameters or cardiac or respiratory depression signs . if no symptoms just monitor. If you observe any tachypnea or hypotension or oliguria please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
