What Should Be A Perfect Diet For A 10 Months Old Baby ?

my baby doesnt eat apple, banana, she is 10 months old. I give her rice dhal and either crrot,greenpeas,potato all well boiled and pureed. I give this food twice a day. she eats 7 to 8 oz at one sitting and the rest she drinks breast feed. how far is her diet correct. when can I start tomato,cheese in her diet ?

After 6 months the requirement of baby for other then mother milk increases.this is the most crucial period.What ever you are giving is right.You can give her clear vegetable soup,fruit juice etc.even you can try baked potato,mashed banana,apple etc,do not try to give too many new things at a time,start one and continue for 2-3 days,when accepted increase the quantity and frequency and then only add a new thing.You can give 4-6 times a day and gradually increase the frequency and reduce the depends on mother milk by the age 1 year.
