Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hi
Looking at your lab reports, your hematology investigation is normal except for one parameter, eosinophils are raised, which means there could be an allergic reaction to some parasite or urticaria.
Liver function test is deranged, enzymes are raised but others like albumin, globulin are normal.
BUN and creatinine are normal.
The other investigations are in normal range.
You can discuss with your consulting doctor for the possible causes of eosinophilia and any parasitic infestations since you have a history Og abdominal pain.
Also get a stool examination done for parasites or malabsorption.
For deranged liver function, get a ultrasound examination.
Regards
