What Should I Eat To Avoid Sleep Just After Eating?

On the days I eat lunch I feel terrible after. I am exhausted and just want to sleep. no matter what I eat. Today I had a hamburger, cheese, lettuce, tomato, chips apple and water then slept for 3 hours. what should I eat and when so I can avoid this

With your query, It is natural when a person is tired and had stomach full food they fall asleep. Nothing wrong, only problem is when you sleep immediately more chances of getting this fat accumulated in the adipose tissue resulting gain in weight. Only way to avoid this self control sit atleast for 30 mins after food before you to bed or dont eat stomach full i mean make sure you are not hungry thats it.Hope this helps you.
