You are still very young. Kindly don't worry as you grow older, you will put on weight. Eat healthy nutritious balanced diet which should include fresh fruits and Green leafy vegetables. Eat Protein rich foods like Eggs, Chicken, Fish, Milk, Lentils. Exercise for an hour daily. Regular exercise and Protein rich food will increase your Muscle bulk and also your Appetite thereby causing you eat more and Put on weight.
