Hello
It seems from the history that you are having a swelling on the head and difficulty in eating after head injury.
The swelling on the head is because of hematoma as a result of collection of blood. Fractures of the underlying bone and head injury has to be ruled in this condition by having X-ray or CT scan. Otherwise hematoma will decrease spontaneously over a period of 3-4 weeks and applying cold compression to the affected area will hasten the process.
Difficulty in eating is not related to the head injury and it needs to be evaluated by a physician.

Thank you
