hi i am not sure about the treatment given to you you see, ibuprofen should be avoided in asthamatics you can check the internet for the same i wish you would have uploaded the ecg then we could have given a diagnosis better because ecg also shows changes in asthma that may resemble cardiac conditions assuming that they were able to read the ecg correctly you should get an echocardiography and chest x ray done this will help you evaluate pericarditis- whether you have it, and if you do- how severe as for your loosestools, you should try high fiber diet and take good amount of fluids and get a cbc and stool routine tested a blood culture may sound frivolous, but may help with frequency of micturition and feeling of generalized weakness i would also suggest fbs and ppbs to be tested i am sorry i cant give you any direct answers now do let us know with the results of the tests above and we will surely try to help you further
