Hi my name is Christian im 17 and i think i have a back problem i can't Stand up straight im always walking with my head down . I look at my back in the mirror and one side looks bigger than the other when i try to stand up straight my back hurts and i can't hold my back straight for so long .

Go for x-ray thoracic cage AP and lateral view.
