Hello,

You are suffering from low testosterone level. You are suggested to try to increase your testosterone level naturally as you are very young. Control or its best to gradually quit alcohol intake, excessive consumption can have a negative effect on your testosterone levels and testicular health.

Stay away from other addictions like smoking, drugs, etc. Avoid taking packaged or processed food. Maintain healthy weight, do exercises, jogging, walking, running. Lifting weight is helpful. Take home made, balanced diet. Eat protein, fat, food rich in iron, minerals and carbs. Consuming plenty of healthy fats will help support testosterone levels and hormone balance.

Get regular exposure to sunlight and take vitamin D3 supplements. Zinc supplements help to support healthy testosterone levels. Herbal supplements like ashwagandha are effective. Avoid exposure to bisphenol-A (BPA), parabens, and other chemicals found in some types of plastic.

Make lifestyle changes as stated above. Your testosterone level should get raised. If not, you may consider going for Testosterone therapy. Get clinically examined by a GP, get treated at the earliest. You may have to get few blood and imaging tests done. You should take quality sleep at night. Rest and stress free lifestyle will help to raise testosterone levels.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
